A car was since always an occasion to cause smiles. It is 100 years of the Ford “T”, the one of Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy as we all remember them. They were able to dismantle it and rebuild it in 5 seconds, better than at any modern pitstop.

Much as in The Great Race cars have always been a synonymous of speed from Art (”futurismo”) to Hollywood. Some models became big brands but other helped the improving of the process. If Darwin would be a car DNA expert , probably he would say we found with the Zust the missing ring of the evolution of a reliable car. They all contributed to what we use every day. What follows is from Fellini. Art at movie.

The title comes from Torino. Since Italians are known for never agreeing on something, even Torino is an example. The Golden Bull is the Logo of the town. But also The Green One as follows, called “Il Toretto” (the small bull), that is the public water once everywhere for you to drink. Now they are very rare so you could say if you find one it will bring you luck. Adding a small tap would make them fashionable again AND water saving compliant. For those who have none. And please.. chlorine free.

Even animals like it, water, to drink and to wash themselves. Now someone would wish they be “away from town” but as in The Great Race is portrayed, they were once a mean of communication before Meucci, Marconi invented something else…not easily and not without competition. I can’t forget Topsy, the publicly electrocuted elephant by Edison… They adapt to our modern life. We stopped at a petrol station on motorway and little birds were waiting for the cars. It was summer and many mosquitos were stuck on bumbers of cars that had been running on the motorway. Little birds learned to wait and eat mosquitos direct from the car bumpers. Sorry.. we had no camera with us. Let’s hope for a better future… Happy Birthday to NASA who just found ice on Mars.. named after greek mythology, it is unusual some popular ways of saying such as “are you a Martian?” turn to have…old water. Mysteries of the Universe.

Our heroes, the ones of 1908 New York - Paris intending all of them, decided to “go for it”. In modern times some is trying to be a winner in all case, starting to paint Bulls in many colours to augment probabilities. You never know. Sporty attitude seem to start be rare, for real, in a Olympic year as in 1908. I went through History and I could not find one held in Africa. Whoops? Las Vegas “All In” and True Km 0 Made in Italy

If you are in the States and wish to have a taste of Italy, well, you do not need to cross the sea… just go to virtual world based in Las Vegas. You can even go on a Gondola ride. It is not the real thing but at least have a vague idea to get you curious about the town of “Casanova”. You will find also Paris, Egypt… yet the ambiance is missing.. Something related to “1908 New York - Paris” movie would be appropriate to be at Monterey: Taken from the movie “The Great Race”, The Professor Fate “Daddy longlegs” car with its long feets. Carmelo the neapolitan on board. It is nearly the car of James Bond as far as the equipment goes. “All in” as you would say in Vegas about a game: in this case seen the Zust was always very approachable, “solare” as personality despite all odds, we are sure it would be nice to see the fantasy and the real thing. The Thomas Flyer and all cars, original or replica, that made this wonderful undertaking.

If you are Italian at heart, maybe because of food or lifestyle or.. else, try visit it. If you are about to buy something Italian do not go for less than True Made in Italy. In Full. Not just a label or “assembled in”. Every country has traditions, special foods to taste. Some do not have food in the first place and it should be a task to help those countries so that people will not start leaving countries for others, getting education at home. If you produce at Km 0 concept you will have more wealthy tourists with a smile later on. Spending money on souvenirs or tourism related services such as excursions and so on. Culture. Zust to Trust. Reading the book in its Italian version was so fascinating not because of the fact there were three men but because of descriptions of feelings, the Human approach. Made in Italy - Miracle in Milano & Roma

Milano. It was seen as the “America of Italy” from most people of the South for a while. Together with Torino or Roma. Some had to go abroad because, even if from the North they were not North enough. All Italians in the World from the deep of a now ancient mine of carbon to… you mention. Antonio Scarfoglio and his Team had a special fluid to help him going. The support of People even just observing through a window of a garage. Or taking something to Eat. If you translate the name is says “no Bulls” but actually there is a rampant golden one in the symbol of town. Taurinensi. The inhabitants of Taurus town.
